Mission Statement
The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association Green Building Council strives to promote voluntary, market-driven green building standards and practices to the residential and commercial development communities in our region. The Council encourages WCFHBA members to participate in green building by offering educational opportunities on green building practices and providing a venue for networking and marketing for WCFHBA Green Building Council members.

Eligibility
Any developer, builder, designer, engineer, architect, supplier of green building products or real estate broker wishing to learn more about this growing segment of residential and commercial building industry is welcome to join the council. Please remember that to join a WCFHBA council you must be a member of the Association. For more information regarding this council please call WCFHBA at (910) 799-2611.
