Our Mission

The Commercial Development Council strives to serve as a collective voice for the commercial industry and a participant in the legislative and regulatory process providing input on a local, state and national level; provide information to increase member and public knowledge of commercial issues; enhance members ethical and professional standards and promote the positive image of the industry; and improve the value and quality of the industry. By these actions, the Council creates a positive business environment that will contribute to responsible growth while being sensitive to environmental issues, enhancing quality of life and maintaining a strong economic future for the community.
