WILMINGTON – The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) has announced the 30th Annual Parade of Homes award winners. The awards were presented at the annual Parade of Homes Awards Banquet Friday night. Since 1986, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association has showcased the region’s finest homes through our Annual Parade of Homes. This year was significant in many ways, as we not only celebrated our 30th Anniversary, but we also showcased our first community sponsorship with Compass Pointe.
This year’s Parade featured 83 single-family houses, townhomes, and custom built homes with a combined value of $41.5 million dollars. The homes were categorized by price range and judged based on craftsmanship, quality of materials, and interior and exterior features.
